After six months and a whole lot of phone calls, visits and excuses, we paid a few thousand for as new clutch on a Subaru and had to take it to another mechanic to fix the oil leak. The engine was not properly on the motor mounts and cost me hundreds more to get it right.

They ripped me off!! Went in to recharge the ac system which I was quated $49.99 and ended up leaving with a $184.90 bill!! Then in a couple of days the ac system went bad again! What the heck!! I called them to talk about the problem and the guy proceeded to insult me and told me I would need to bring it back in so they can check it out. What?? I just did that and they said it was fixed!! A bunch of bull is what I'd say! Won't be going back, ever.....

I had a problem with my car in that it would not take any gasoline when I tried to get a fill up on my practically empty tank. We drove across the street to Premium Lube. They immediately went to work trying to isolate the problem. After trying several different approaches they found the breather tube from the gas tank neck was kinked. They straightened it and we were.able to fill up and return to Portland from Pendleton. I highly recommend these great guys!

My car finally found the right doctor! Best way to describe it. Like you want the best doctor for your body, your car is just as important. The customer service is great. Going over every detail. I will definitely be going back for more maintenance to my car! Thanks guys! Tina Arnett

Supervisor was extremely rude. Overral it was just a bad expirience and I will not go to another Tesoro unless it is a gas emergency.
